About the Company

Where is Altitude IT based, and do you service businesses outside Auckland?
We're based in Henderson, Auckland, but we support businesses across New Zealand, both remotely and on-site where needed.
How long has Altitude IT been in business?
We've been supporting New Zealand businesses for over 25 years, with some client relationships lasting more than 20 years.

Getting Started

We already have an IT setup — can you take it over, or do we need to start from scratch?
We work with what you have. We'll assess your existing infrastructure and either manage it as-is or recommend improvements over time, with no disruptive overhaul required.
How do we get support when something goes wrong?
You can call us on (09) 921-6866, email support@altitudeit.co.nz, or use our Remote Support Portal. We aim to respond quickly to minimise business disruption.
Do you offer one-off support, or is it ongoing contracts only?
Both. We offer managed IT services on an ongoing basis as well as ad-hoc IT support and consulting for businesses that need help when something comes up.

What's included in Managed IT Services?
Proactive monitoring, backups, device and server management, security patching, and day-to-day support, so issues are caught before they cause downtime.
Can you help us move to Microsoft 365 or the cloud?
Yes. We handle migrations, setup, licensing, and ongoing support for Microsoft 365 and other cloud solutions, tailored to how your team works.
Do you supply hardware and software too, or just support?
We supply, set up, and support the full range of business hardware and software, so you don't need to juggle multiple vendors.
Can you replace our phone system with VoIP?
Yes. We supply and manage modern VoIP phone systems that run over your internet connection, typically more flexible and cost-effective than traditional phone lines.
